'Tis the Season

Staff, production schedules need to be communicated.

Here at IBEX, we're putting the tools in place to ensure our customers receive the same level of service they've become accustomed to in a timely and efficient manner during the holidays.

Starting with our internal communications, the Alpine Crew has already met to make sure everyone's up to speed with dates, times and deadlines so our clients receive a consistent message when chatting by phone or e-mail.


Our formal external communication plan includes a memo for our clients, planned for distribution next week, clearly stating the days we'll be closed and what our new deadlines will be to make sure all their employees get paid correctly and on time. That information will also be available on our website and, of course, we'll also include contact information and encourage everyone to call with questions and special requests.

Last, but certainly not least, we're canvassing the Herd so we can help accommodate family obligations with that of our Herd obligations over the entire holiday season.

Of course, holiday planning requirements will vary by industry and business. Whatever your requirements, be it production scheduling or accommodating vacation requests, it's important to communicate all the information to customers, suppliers and employees.
