Meet Susan

 

The newest addition to the Alpine Crew brings 12 years of dedicated service that have prepared her well for her role at IBEX. And it's been that kind of commitment to customer care and support that has made for a successful and seamless transition for both the Crew and their customers.


Meet Susan Turner: Professional. Experienced. Ready to serve.

Before joining IBEX, Susan owned and operated her own payroll company serving clients in Steinbach, Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Her desire to provide the highest level of service made hers the only company of its size with the ability to offer direct deposit, an element her customers greatly appreciated given their broad geographic locations as well as those of their employees.

Susan's experience includes working with clients whose needs were as varied as a single employee paid once a month, to large companies with complicated and demanding weekly payrolls. Her ability to anticipate the needs of all her clients, combined with her high levels of energy, enthusiasm and compassion, have proven to her the value of quick turn-around times, immediate action and last-minute changes on behalf of her clients.

Because of Susan's commitment to her clients and career choice, her decision to join IBEX was an easy one, she says.

Roaming a New Range

Troy Domenco Climbing to New Heights.

 

Many of us have hunted through pictures trying to find the elusive Waldo. Well, we've been getting the same question at IBEX the last few weeks about "Where's Troy?"

Troy has been a stalwart member of the customer service team at IBEX for more than five years and was most recently Head of Alpine Crew, The IBEX customer support team. Two weeks ago, Troy started a new new role at IBEX as iSystems Evengelist.  In this role Troy is in direct support of Alpine Crew, training staff, providing backup on busy days and helping to make Alpine Crew run even smoother than ever. The change is allowing us to keep Alpine Crew running better than ever while also allowing Troy some time to work with the team building the next generation of IBEX systems.
