The T4 Red Zone is a dangerous place where T4 uncertainty and late filing worries lead to unnecessary stress and paperwork.
Luckily, you don't have to enter the Red Zone!
Instead, get a head start, grab your party hat and get comfy in the Green Zone!
Priority for early Filing:
Skip right to step 3 and enter your PD7 balance! Once this step is completed, we can begin working with you on your T4 file to identify any inconsistencies in your data and help you ensure that your T4 slips are submitted on time.
What You Can Do Today:
Just follow these steps to get going:
- Login to iPayrollHR *
- Select Year End from the left menu
- Choose T4 2009
- Follow the 7 steps - Turn them all green - you're done!
*If you do not have an iPayrollHR login, contact The Alpine Crew and they will happily create a username/password
Things to Consider:
- Are there any glaring errors or issues with the income reported for your employees?
- Are there any taxable benefits or bonuses that may need to be added in for 2009? If so, it would be best to run these before running any payrolls for 2010 to avoid shortages in the T4 Summary.
