Courier Charges

You only need to use a courier if you need physical cheques.

If you use all direct deposit there is no need for a courier charge. 

The IBEX system allows you to complete the entire payroll and print off pay statements.

Courier charges range from $9.65 inside Winnipeg to $22 in some areas of Canada (No need to pay any of these costs if you use direct deposit and print you own statements from our system)

Secure Pay Statements

Highly encrypted pdf files
delivered by email.

Viewable only by using the last four digits of your Social Insurance Number, or a user defined password. Eliminates the need to print, fold and stuff pay statements.

Some ask us why we charge for these secure pay statements, after all, they are just emails. The reason is that the encryption technology we are using is a licensed technology that we are charged per item to use.

Setup Fee

This is the fee we charge to enter and balance all your initial data.
